Boarding In Our Home:
Service with personalized attention and care for your furry friend in our private home 24/7.
Keep your dog(s) happy and healthy with Barks&Meows.
~~Here at Barks & Meows we ask for a deposit fee.
Pricing:
$35 PER DAY
*We charge per day, not per night i.e. the day your dog(s) is being dropped off until the day your dog(s) is picked up.
For example, if your dog(s) is dropped off on a Monday and not being picked up until the following Monday, you will be charged 8 days regardless of the time of drop-off and pickup.
Holiday Rate:
$45 PER DAY
*Major Holidays: Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas, New Year's Eve, New Year's Day, President's Day, Easter, Memorial Day, Independence Day.
****Please be advised that you will be charged the Holiday Rate per day for the entire week that your dog(s) is in our care.
Additional Costs:
$30 for an additional dog.
Rules & Guidelines for Boarding In Our Home:
Please refer to the chart below when scheduling the time for your drop-off and pickup. We schedule our day with other clients based on what days and time your pets are with us. Thank you.
Pickup and Drop-Off Times are as follows:
Morning: 9am-11am
Afternoon: 12pm-3pm
Evening: 4pm-7pm
Late night: 8-10pm
**We will no longer will be accepting drop- offs or pick up times being any time before or after times listed.
Please plan and schedule accordingly. There will no longer be exceptions.
**We understand that life happens; flights get cancelled, traffic, family matters, etc. Unfortunately, if these events occur, we have to charge for the additional time needed.
Drop In Visits:
Services that are more geared to feline companions.
This service offers your feline friend the comfort of staying at home while receiving top-notch care!
(This Service can also be for canine companions as well)!
Pricing:
Drop-In: $35 per visit
(No Additional cost for more than one pet in home).
DayCare:
This Service is great for those with long work hours and do not want his/her pet alone for an extended period of time.
*This is also a great option for a trail and to help dog(s) get acquainted before the long doggy vacay with us!
Pricing: $35 for the day
Holiday Rate: $45 for the day
(Since this service is more geared for a work day our time frames for drop off and pick up are differ from Boarding).
Drop off: 6am-6pm
*If dog(s) need to be in care passed our pick up time, we do charge an additional $10
Additional Information
-A meet and greet appointment is mandatory before booking. We need to meet your dog(s) in order to determine if we are a good fit for your furry friend. Keep in mind that his is beneficial to you as well in determining whether or not to book with us.
-Please provide your pet(s)' veterinarian contact information.
-Please provide detailed instructions for any medications.
-Alert us as to sensitivity to loud noises, such as thunderstorm/fireworks.
-Please let us know If it is your pet(s) first time boarding.
-Separation anxiety.
-Get along with other animals? Good around cats and other dogs?
-Food aggression?
-Senior dog special needs.
-Allergies.
-Jumper?
-Territorial?
-Please note that we generally do not allow dogs to sleep with us in our beds. We also prefer that your pets not sleep on our furniture.
-Please provide us with all the items your pet needs to help them feel safe and comfortable, i.e. toys, treats, blankets, beds, crates.
-Although unforeseen circumstances are very rare, please provide two emergency contacts i.e. a family member, neighbor, etc., whom we can contact and count on to care for your pet in the event of an emergency, especially if such an unforeseen event renders us unable to care for your pet before pick-up time.
